A good roommate of mine came over for the first weekend of March, we spent some meaningful time together.
Mostly, the biggest event was him buying a guitar for me. (In fact, he owed me some cash, and I suggested to buy something for me to pay off)
Voila
There we were, we went to the Long & McQuade, checked out a long-yearned Telecaster. Because of our budget, we only could afford one Made in Mexico.
Sun burst body,
bright yellow neck.
Soft and nice touch.
Although the pickup is not as great as my first guitar, Gibson Lucile, and it makes quite a noise on a high gain, overall the guitar is very slick and smooth for its price, indeed. Well it’s a Telecaster for Roy’s sake!
With the telecaster, there is the song by Master Buchanan I must learn; The messiah will come again.
The true pilgrimage shall have begun…
