This Is What Happened When I Went To The Grocery Store

I had to go to the grocery store (Loblaws) yesterday, because you can only live on spaghetti and pasta sauce for so long. Upon arriving, I noticed a few differences:

They no longer carry “Berry Burst Cheerios” in the Strawberry variety. They have Triple Berry, but I don’t want that. I want Strawberry. Who wants to eat a veriety of three diffrent berries in their cereal when they can have the ONE berry in “Triple Berry Cheerios” that actually matters? STRAWberry – the star of the show, if you will. Blueberry and Raspberry are mere bit players in the berry world. They’re always the filler berrys wherever they show up. Dont believe me? Take a look at Yogurt cups – you’ll notice that they have a FIELD BERRY type, which has all the lesser berries in it.

Don’t get me wrong or anything, I lke blueberries and raspberries, but I want to pay for the strawberry show, not the “Hey we’re not as good as strawberry, but we’re in this cereal too so we’re going to give you less strawberrys Nana!” show. I’m boycotting the dry cereal industry until Loblaws gets Strawberry Berry Burst Cheerios back.

Also, Loblaws started to carry Pop Tarts (FINALLY!)! And at some point I’m not aware of, Pop Tarts changed from 6 tarts a box to 8. You can’t go wrong with more tarts.
